Service Description
A personalized somatic movement session designed to help you explore body awareness and release tension. These one-on-one explorations are tailored to your specific needs and goals. There are three variations available for this service: Taster (60 €): Great for you if you are just curious. Single Class (80 €): You know about Somatic explorations and would like to book a single class. The 3 part Deep Dive (220€): This is an option for you if you would like to get a deeper result- we begin where we left off the previous day, letting your body be our guide. Please get in touch through the form below so we can align on time and space. Please specify which exploration you are interested in. The Taster is only available to new clients.
General Policy
Welcome to the space of somatic explorations! Here, we explore ourselves through the body, connect with our potential, and, over time, develop it further. Yes, over time — because here, every process of growth takes exactly as long as it takes. So my invitation to you is to surrender to the flow and enjoy the process. :) What I offer you: - Programmes designed to provide a complete journey of exploration - A space for exploration - Invitations to explore - My time and space, and - My presence throughout the practice. What you bring: - Your time - Your focus and - The corresponding fee for the practice Pricing for group practices If you have paid for a class but are unable to attend, you can either attend the following class or forfeit the class. On one occasion, we can also arrange for you to attend on a different date. If you have paid for the entire journey programme but miss one or more classes, you can either attend the first class of a future journey programme free of charge, or attend online the same class you missed. Pricing for individual sessions It’s best to make a booking once you know you’re ready to explore :) Cancellations are charged at 50% of the session fee. Please message me in advance so we can arrange the day, time, and space. Depending on your choice of space, the price may vary. Pricing for corporate programmes: I offer three- to six-month journey programmes for corporate clients. If you’re interested, please get in touch and we can discuss the details. Pricing variations: If you’d simply like to try exploring, you can take advantage of the one-time preferential rates available on the website. If you’d like to explore but the price is a concern, you’re welcome to message me and apply for a scholarship place. I offer one or two scholarship places each season. And if you’re interested in free classes, I offer these to youngsters — I trust you’ll know when and where to find them. And finally — wear comfortable clothes and bring the explorer within you! :)
